Glamfest 06

Just booked my flights for Glamfest 06,in Stockholm, Sweden !
Steevi's Tailz are headlining, (the awesome Zan Clan are also on the bill), alongside Loud'n'Nasty and The Veins of Jenna.....

I think it's just those four bands. Should be good though. Spoke to Steevi just before Xmas and he's really looking forward to it, especially doing a gig with Zan Clan. He's excited about the new material he's demo'd too, reckons its as good as Cat on a Hot Tin Roof era. He admits King Of The World was crap and the new stuff blows it away. Can't wait to hear it.

Cool to hear that about Steevi! Nice to know he also admits that one was crap and felt he could do better. [img]graemlins/thumbs_up.gif[/img]

I just find it funny that 4 bands is a "Fest". Metalfest in Milwaukee used to be about 100 bands over an entire weekend. Glamfest lasts all of 4 bands. I guess the "scene" is a little starved. [img]biggrin.gif[/img]

Donington Monsters Of Rock was only 5 or 6 bands until they added the second stage. 5 bands is plenty for a one day event, but I am taking into account the glorious British summer and standing in a muddy field. [img]wink.gif[/img]
